Upon an order, your credit/debit card details are entered directly into the bank's secure payment processing system. Your card details are not kept after your transaction is completed. The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it.

Here at Luxural we take the security of your payment card very seriously. To protect your payment we have introduced Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode.
Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode are new security programmes designed especially for customers who shop online to give added security. They allow you to create your own password, which only you will know, to use every time you shop online using these cards.This stops anyone from making payments online with your details as your bank will ask you to verify payment online.
You need to register each card with a password. You only need to do this once, then whenever you use the card to shop online you will be asked to enter the password when you check out.
If your bank operates a secure authentication policy and you have not previously registered you may be requested to do so within the checkout process. To register your payment card you need to click on "Activate now" and complete the details requested. You will be asked to create a password. Using a secure link your bank will verify these details; the information is not kept or visible to www.luxural.co.uk. Whenever you shop online in the future using your registered card, you will be asked for your password. If your password matches, the purchase will be confirmed.
