Terms and Conditions
General
Orders placed with us via the telephone, Internet, mail and email are subject to these terms and conditions and your acceptance of them. You must be at least 18 years of age use this website. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Item Descriptions
All items are detailed with as much information as available from the manufacturer, suppliers or public-domain sources. Images are for illustrative purposes only. Full details of specifications are available from manufacturers directly.
Whilst we make every effort to provide accurate information, we cannot be held responsible for incorrect information provided by the manufacturer. Information on our site should be treated as an approximate description of items. All information is subject to change at the manufacturers' discretion.
Item & Price
All item prices listed do not include delivery charges unless otherwise stated. Please keep all packaging for a reasonable amount of time. Prices may be subject to change if the listed price for the item is incorrect. In the unlikely event of this, you will be advised of this with the option to cancel the order if necessary.
Item Availability
All items and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If we do not supply you with the goods, we may offer a similar item or will refund payments made. We shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges, or any expenses caused by any delivery delay, or other losses you may suffer if we do not supply the goods.
Payment
We accept MasterCard, Visa, Switch, Solo, Delta, Maestro, Visa Electron, Cheques, Postal Orders, Bankers Draft, Bank Transfers and direct payments into our account. If you pay using a Debit or Credit Card, you must give your exact address, landline telephone, and mobile telephone as registered with your card company. Any incorrect information given will cause delays in your ordered being processed. We cannot send to any other address other than that registered with your card company. Items will only be dispatched upon payment clearing. All payments include VAT.
Delivery
Most items will be dispatched within 1-2 working days of payment being made. We will endeavour to deliver goods within the times stated. All items are subject to availability. We shall not be held responsible for delays in delivery. Stipulated delivery days are approximate and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges, or expenses caused by any delay for delivery of the goods.
It is important you write the condition of the item box on the delivery note of the courier. Deliveries are made via national courier or on a pallet. Deliveries are to the UK only. Collections cannot be made via your own courier. Items returned back to us undelivered will be refunded less the delivery charges.
In the event that either we or our suppliers are temporarily out of stock, we will notify you promptly. You will be able to cancel the order and we will refund you. You are responsible for your item as soon as you sign for them. Items cannot be left without a signature, or delivered to a neighbour.
Your contact telephone numbers will be given to the delivery company in the event they need to contact you with regards to delivery.
Transit Claims
Any transit damage to the items, shortages or incorrect goods supplied must be noted on the delivery consignment note at the time of delivery. You should notify of this within 24 hours. If goods returned are found to be perfect and in full working order, or within the quality stipulated, these will be returned to you subject to a delivery charge and a £25 administration charge.
Warranties
All Items supplied are covered by the standard parts and labour manufacturers warranty and are subject to their terms and conditions during the warranty period. Consumable Items carry a minimum of 3 months guarantee. This guarantee specifically excludes faults by accident, neglect and misuse. Poor signal, maintenance tuning of channels, faults by accident, neglect and misuse are not covered under the manufacturers guarantee. All Items that are found to be working to the manufacturers specifications will be subject to carriage and inspection surcharges.
Extended Warranties
All Warranties after the first year are covered by Domestic & General Insurance Ltd. This applies where extended warranties are included, and where extended warranties have been purchased separately. After the first year any warranty claims are dealt direct through the extended warranty company. Extended Warranty terms and conditions are available on request.
Repairs Under Warranty
All Items that develop faults within 28 days from receipt should be reported to us. Within this period, goods must be in original cosmetic condition. We can provide details of your local service centre where necessary. Customers are required to keep all packaging for a minimum of 30 days.
In the event of any return for repair, customers are recommended to use original packaging where available. Items must be suitably packaged. The customer is responsible for any transit damages due to insufficient packaging.
Flat Panel Warranties
Plasmas & LCD displays consist of pixels. Customers should be aware of the possibility of dead pixels on any flat panel screen. All screens are subject to a 'Tolerance Level' without being classified as faulty. Screens can only be determined as faulty if the number of dead pixels exceeds that as determined by the manufacturer. Please check with the manufacturers for current 'Tolerance Levels'.
Returned Goods
Under the distance trading act customers can cancel the purchase with 7 days under the "cooling off period". Under these circumstances the ownership of the goods is returned to us immediately, except for sealed software, discs, tapes, DVDs, stands, batteries, TV stands and all accessories which have been opened. These remain the property of the consumer and will not be credited. We therefore advise customers that all accessories should be unopened.
Customers must take care of any Items that have been supplied and they must be returned in 'As New' and re-sellable condition in the original box.
Items received back in a re-sellable condition complete with original box and all accessories will be refunded. Items received back not in a re-sellable condition will not be accepted and will be returned back to you and the cost of delivery charged to you.
Special order items, and item ordered to the customer's specification are exempt fro the 7-day cooling off period.
Other
Items remain the property of Luxural until paid for in full. Calls may be monitored or recorded for training purposes. Failure by us to enforce any of these terms and conditions will not affect our right to enforce the rest of these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
