I was expecting 50 screws and snapped plastic but how much further from the truth could I have been.
The whole set goes together with no tools at all (there are 4 plastic nuts and bolts just to stop the chairs from being taken apart) with slide and lock type systems.

The chairs come almost complete and just fold into position and the front slides in to hold it together.
It lightweight but feels sturdy, much better than an old eBay set I had.
The table just clips together and has built in storage.

Overall for the price this is fantastic, I had the whole set built in 15 minutes by myself and feels it will last a while especially if you get a cover for the winter.

Rattan look but not the real thing. Needs two to assemble unless you have three hands.

This is not a one person assembly job. Quite disappointed with the way in which it all is supposed to fit together. Unless you get every piece in exactly the right position causes stressful re-positioning and strong fingers etc.

Nice when finally together not used yet due to weather but will hold out in rain as you can see. The table however doesn't fit. The top won't close and the side has a gap for the money I suppose you get what you pay for. Disappointed though I was looking forward to receiving these took 2 people to assemble some joints were bent causing issues and alot of bad language.

This is a really nice and well made set of garden furniture, it is made from rattan, though not natural but it is a synthetic resin, which I believe will make the furniture much more durable and means it will be more protected if left outdoors, without covering the furniture.

So in many ways not a bad product to use and it also means that it is easier to clean as well. This set comes flat packed, so be ready to read all of the instructions and have at least 1 hour or more to put it all together, you get all the fittings with the set.

I put them together with my husband and as we are a bit slow it took around 1 1/2 hours; no doubt it can be done faster, but we read the instructions and did take our time, once assembled you get two high backed chairs, a side table and two cushions for each chair, the nice touch is the side table, the lid can be taken off for storage, we have already put some bits in side, though it won�t take very large items, I have put a tissue box and some plastic glasses and cups in our table.

I checked all of the items, this was to see if they had any sharp corners or anything badly made, but I could not see any on my set, in fact as it is resin the surface is nice and smooth, there are really sharp edges and there is little chance that the rattan will break or crack, I have had wicker and natural rattan furniture and they to tend to have sharp edges, also there is a risk of splinters and cracking, here this should not happen as it is a synthetic material.

I have put the set in my conservatory, but I will be taking them into the garden on nice sunny days as well, as the chairs are not that heavy to lift and will also be excellent in the summer to sit in the garden, so I am very satisfied with this set, in terms of cost, they may seem expensive, but you will find that this type of quality rattan chairs and table do cost this much, in fact I have seen more expensive ones for sale, so for me they are good value for money, for comfort, I can say with confidence that they are really comfortable, the high back chairs really support you and the arms are perfect, I think this set will last for many years, so for me I am happy to give this set of rattan furniture five stars.
