I Purchased two sets of these. These Strongology dumbbells are easily one of the best additions to my home setup. I was tired of tripping over mismatched dumbbells and wasting time swapping plates mid-workout. These solved both problems in one go.

The dial system is super smoothjust twist to your weight, lift, and go. It feels a little like unlocking a cheat code for home fitness. Whether Im doing quick supersets or full-body workouts, its fast, efficient, and keeps things tidy. If youre serious about training at home without cluttering your space, these are a no-brainer. Quietly awesome and super convenient.

I've been using the dumbbells for exactly one year now and I have to say that so far I'm happy with them. I read before that they are not ergonomic because they are quite large even with light weights, but with my height of 184 cm I can't even imagine the problem - you can use them well, the changeover is super quick and easy.

What worries me is that the non-adjustable dumbbells, unlike conventional non-adjustable dumbbells, could not last forever and could eventually break. You may not feel completely safe when using a dumbbell with two hands because it is a little shaky - it's all good, but you're not sure that it won't shorten your life's length.

Works as intended. Feels reasonable quality. Cant comment on if it will last, but seems decent. Very easy to use and does what its supposed to. Im happy with the purchase.

I actually have two of these now, bought a second so I could train with two or if I have a training partner round. Both times I brought one it was on sale.

What a brilliant piece of kit not only because its very well made but being adjustable takes up virtually no space which is ideal for my home gym.
