This adjustable dumbbell is a great option if you're short on space or don't want to buy multiple dumbbells. The dumbbell itself seems well made robust, it isn't too bulky either. It's easy to change the weight and feels good in use, the weights do rattle around a bit in use, but it's nothing to worry about. This is a good dumbbell and Ill be looking to get another to pair with it.

Simple and no screw and unscrewing.
A simple twist for desire weight, start slow for warm up, and go more hard core.
Good addition to the gym room or by itself at the exercise corner, slightly bigger that a shoebox, no taking much space.
Pretty good built throughout, seems make to last, strong and robust.
Price wise is in line with similar products, still slightly high at 170.
Would be nice the increments can be smaller to have a gradual upwards training.
